The cast was assembled into 2 crews: Rogan and Goldberg (writers of the film). They were told the merge would be at the final 8. Everyone was also given a partner in the game.
BEST FRIENDS TWIST[]
1. Each of you has been paired with a member of the opposing crew. Rogan Crew members are Seths and Goldberg Crew members are Evans.
2. Your goal is for both of you to make it to the final 6 and elimination as many other pairs as possible.
3. If 0 or 3 pairs make the final 6, nothing will happen.
4. If 2 pairs make the final 6, they will be given a choice to have immunity at the F6 or F5 before the F6 challenge.
5. The goal is this!!! If 1 pair makes the final 6, both members will be given immunity until the final 4!

HIDDEN IMMUNITY IDOLS[]
1. Each crew will be able to get 1 HII.
2. The Rogan Crew can get the Michaels Pass. The Goldberg Crew can get the Slater Pass.
3. At the Crew stage of the game, the 3 top performers in every challenge will get a clue.
4. At the merged stage of the game, the winner of the immunity challenge and two players of their choice will get clues.
5. In addition, every 3 confessionals given to me will earn you a clue.
6. You may make 1 guess per clue given to you.
7. You can plant a fake idol if you find the idol and continue to earn clues.
